Shipping policy

Shipping address
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. Each shirt is made to order, so we cannot change the address once the order is in production.
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not picked up, we will contact you by email. We can reship it, but the customer is responsible for the cost of the new shipment. If we do not hear from you within 4 weeks, the package cannot be reshipped and no refund will be issued.

Import duties
In the rare event that you are charged import duties or taxes on delivery, we will refund the amount of those duties. Please send us the receipt showing the amount you paid, together with your order number, within 30 days of delivery via our contact page or by email to info@japan-ish-store.com. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
